Next we should check the fees that the agency fixed for a particular package and we must search for some other agency’s same package in cheaper rate. After this we must know the agency’s location so that we can know their time zone and agency’s hour. But if something goes wrong during travel? Like flight or train get cancelled or delayed due to bad weather, so we should discuss these things with the agency to know what we should do in that situation. Except this, we also should know that if some inconveniences occurred then the tickets would be refunded or not? If the tickets aren’t refundable then we shouldn’t plan our travelling with that agency.

Cruise lines, hotels often offer perks such as upgrades, free parking facility, and other deals so before planning we should check whether the agency have that special privileges if yes then we should take that advantage. Besides if we can travel on specific dates or avoid popular dates we can save money so we need to know whether that particular agency have that specialty or not?  We should also check that if our holiday destination requires passport or special visa if we are not sure then we should discuss this with the agency.
